Founded in 2021, our company brings together an uncommon blend of expertise: financial intelligence from our CEO, a CFA Level 2 analyst with private equity and asset management experience and seven years of professional poker, paired with specialized legal knowledge from our co-founder who joined us in 2024, spanning corporate law, M&A, digital asset regulations across Thailand and Southeast Asia, and global compliance frameworks.
